Pete noticed that not only did my front gutter need replacement, but I had several other issues with my gutters, including missing end caps, missing gutter hangers, and the wrong nails used for my back gutter, (things missed from my home inspection when I purchased the house last year). I also opted to have leaf guards installed since my property is semi-wooded. Pete sent me an estimate a few days later, which was discounted due to an Angie's List coupon, and about a week later, he came and did all the work listed on the estimate. I highly recommend this provider and would use them again if I have any future gutter needs."

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. "Mr. Mason answered his phone right away when I called on Saturday the 14th. He agreed to come out that day or the next to look at the work I needed done. I had a lot of snow and ice build-up on the roof of my home. He was prompt, friendly and accommodating. He gave me an estimate/typical fee range over the phone and told me he would be out to do the work on Tuesday the 17th. He arrived a day early with 2 other people and quickly and neatly removed the snow and ice. He also cleaned up after himself, as much as the nature of the work allowed.
