The sales rep was not pushy and took her time to explain the differences in floors. She worked with her manager to get me answers she was not sure of and helped me get the best pricing. Jean called me with information about getting ready for the installers, called me again when the install team was on the way and checked with me when the job was done. Daryl called me to let me know they were on their way we’re very professional and informed me on how they install would go. They did an excellent job and when finished they cleaned up their mess and thanked me for choosing ReFloor. During the entire process I had only one little hiccup, but the customer relations manager handled it promptly and matter was quickly resolved. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
