He called to let me know they would be out later in the day. Billy sent Mike to do the job about 5PM. Mike was very professional and did the job in about an hour. He evaluated the problem, came to a solution that was way below what I had budgeted for, and gave a few recommendations that will be addressed in the near future by him.
