Hello! My name's Josh Buchanan, founder and owner of Indiana Handyman LLC, based out of Speedway Indiana. I provide over 20 years of general Handyman craftsmanship and expertise across several different industries, and I service the greater Indianapolis and surrounding areas. \n\nI specialize in everything from drywall repair, electrical component replacement, water faucet replacement, various kitchen / home appliance repair or installation. I provide automotive diagnostics and repair, small engine repair, outdoor clean up services, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, hedge trimming, etc. \n\nI have an Advance Automotive Technologies Certificate for automotive repair and provide fair affordable mobile mechanic services. \n\nI have an Associates degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology. I've spent 10 years servicing various hospital systems' patient care and medical diagnostic imaging systems. I'm solid with electronics, networking, and PC board level repair, and I'm pretty resourceful.

"To be clear on what I am being asked to rate .... Choice is asking me to rate the repair service man that showed up to repair - NOT their warranty service itself. These are two different things. I rate the repair man - high. The warranty company itself - ONE STAR. See they advertise this great warrantee .... but when you go to use it ..... in all the fine print .... they write themselves out of responsibility to take care of your problem so BE CAUTIOUS when choosing to purchase this warranty. I have had this warranty for two years ... never needed it. Then my microwave goes on the blink. Took three weeks to get a repair man to my house and a resolution which ended in basically a non- resolution. They opted to replace vs. repair .... somehow figured my microwave was 10 years old - which is a joke and in the wind gave me $191 to replace it - and this is after I paid the $65 service fee. This is for replacement and installation. See in item #9 of the contract it states they ARE responsible for ALL components (excepts handles, door glass, etc). BUT ... then in #16 it states they do not have to repair ... they can opt to offer replacement costs (THEIR supposed costs - which is NOT retail) so for my $319 microwave +$110 installation it is costing me to replace - They OPTED to give me $$191 minus my $65 service fee ..... which ends up being $123. This is a bunch of ********. They know it and I know it. SO .... if this is how they do on a microwave .... I can ONLY imaging what they will do on something big. So ..... I have zero confidence in this company at this point and as soon as this claim settles out - I receive my whopping $191 ... I plan to cancel this warranty and go with another home warranty company. Maybe they will appreciate my business because this one sure did not. They proved that on this small claim. I do t trust them to risk it if there happened to be a larger claim. Horrible is all I can say."

"One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."

Don't be concerned about the few reviews that have been written about this company, any additional handymen projects in the future that I have will be completed by Steve and one of his men. I had painted the vinyl composite boards before hand and he also touched up the paint where the nail holes were when he installed my new boards. I highly recommend this company."
