"I called Scott and he came out the same day to estimate and do the work. That was REALLY helpful as we didn't have to take any additional time off for a second appointment. He was able to identify where the leaks were before we had to cut into our drywall, so the repairs were at little as possible. The cracks went all the way down the wall on the seams, so he had to cut the full length of the walls to get to the cracks effectively. Scott worked independently and only had a couple questions while he was doing the work. After it was done, he cleaned everything up nicely. I've waited a couple months before writing this review to make sure that the patching worked. It has held up over these last few big rains we had, where it would have leaked before. I feel very confident that he solved the problem and we won't have any issues with those seams again. If we develop leaks in other seams, I will definitely call Scott again."

"Due to lots of rain in May the project could not begin as early as had been projected but Mr. Foley touched base with us several times to update us on when we might begin. They communication was excellent from the bidding through the completion of the job. We chose a decorative, stained trim section lining the drive, a swirled finish on the drive and sidewalk, #6 gauge mat, and plastic mesh reinforced concrete. Curbs were added at the entrance to the drive from the roadway. All of what were once squared-off corners were done with curved transitions. The project was extensive (35 yards of concrete used) but completed within two days. The crew was polite, tidy (as much as can be expected with so much work going on), and cleaned up each day when they left. Mr. Foley was here to check on the work off and on through the time his crew was here and very open to questions or comments. He is always positive and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this company for any concrete work; the outcome of our job is beautiful. All of our neighbors have commented on how much they like the work and asked who did it. One of our neighbors works in the construction trade and said it it a top-notch job. People we work with have seen the pictures we took and have asked who did this work and from our comments and the pictures have said they would use this company. "Excellent, beyond expectations. This was the first time I had significant remodelling work done on my home. I selected a couple of contractors recommended by Angie’s List. I ended up selecting CMH Builders. From the first meeting with their estimator, Brendon, I had a good feeling. I had worked out my ideas prior to our meeting in my home and discussed them with Brandon. We went through the basement area pointing out my ideas and asking for his recommendations. He came up with great ideas and was well versed in the code requirements. I had developed a budget in my mind and if it could be done I would go with the project. Within two days I received the quote which was slightly below my target. I agreed to do the basement finishing project based upon the price, schedule, and review of past work shown on the CMH Builders website. Upon agreement I met at the CMH office to go over the details and made choices on the materials and colors. CMH at the time had a promotion for a full basement finishing job which offered a credit on the materials (carpet/flooring/paint/lighting, etc.) which I was able to apply to upgrades on these items. A project manager was assigned to my job who gave me daily plans and updates on the work. The project began with the wood studs delivered one day and the walls completely finished within two days. Electrical work was done in two days. Following this, drywall was delivered and the walls erected and finished, drying, and touchup in a week’s time. Painting, carpeting, flooring, and lighting followed. Code inspections were done at the appropriate times with no problems. The speed at which this work was done was amazing and impressive. I was totally impressed with the end result of the project when I saw it. The quality is excellent, the color choices I made with the help of the CHM designer turned out better than expected. The project was done on time just as planned and communication throughout the project was excellent. Those who have visited my home have commented on how nice the project turned out. I highly recommend CMH Builders as your choice for any basement finishing project. They will be my first choice for any more improvements I may make in the future."

"The work went extremely well.  The equipment (trucks and trailers) were clean and professional looking.  The owner of the Company, Corby, was friendly and professional.  Prior to starting the work, he reviewed with me where the edging was to be installed and what the process would be for installation of the cement edging, including the removal of sod around the edges of the beds and trees and how the curbing would be installed. I was pleased to note that the color I chose for the curbing was mixed into the cement mix and not applied after the cement was formed. There was a crew of four and they worked hard from the time they arrived until the completion of the job. The worksite was clean upon completion of the work.  Once the curbing was installed it was sealed with a protective sealer to enrich the appearance and protect the surface.  This was included as part of the original estimate.  Overall, this was a great Company to work with and I will definitely use them in the future for any type of landscaping projects beyond just decorative edging.  I would highly recommend their services."
