"What a pleasant, easy experience! I worked with Damon, who spent this week finishing up a bunch of projects in my rental property. He was very straight with me about what I could do on my own to save myself a few $$, and went above and beyond pointing out things that I would want to consider looking into in the future (i.e. - he discovered that my furnace starter is out - I might not have noticed until next winter!). The projects he completed for me were: -Replace bathroom floor -Install Pedestal Sink -Replace broken floorboard -Install kitchen countertop -Cut hole/Install Kitchen Sink -Install Dishwasher -Repair Holes from Previous Electrician -Repair Drywall from Kitchen Cabinet Renovation (the backsplash plaster was broken down to the lath) -Sand stair treads/risers to prepare for stain/paint He also helped troubleshoot a broken shower handle, as well as a couple of broken stair treads (He helped figure out the supplies that I need to fix them myself). Overall, I am EXTREMELY pleased. I'll definitely be requesting him again should I need any help in the future!!"

"Bone Dry Interior drywall repair and repainting. 11/13/19 through 11/19/19. Outstanding people and company. $6634 Bone Dry proved again that they are customer and quality focused. 1. Steve Conner came on 10/08/19 and worked with me on the estimate as I changed my mind three times what I wanted. He continued to adjust the quotes and the work being done as my ideas and budget concerns crystallized. I signed the final contract on 11/04. He worked our project into their schedule so drywall repairs and repainting could be done while we were away on vacation, a win/win situation. 2. Drywall repair by Marvin was great as he called and spent 45 minutes walking through the entire house to understand what it was that we wanted done, and what we did not want done. Nail pops, paint chips, corner bead cracks, picture hanger holes, and 1 joint crack from 22 years of use. 3. Painting by Damien and his crew, sanded and then painted two coats for complete coverage with Sherwin Williams Pro Mar 200. Damien called to make sure that the house was locked up correctly before he and his crew left on the first day. I did not find one paint drop on the furniture in the entire house and the floors had been swept as well. The walls look really clean and new, just what I wanted. 4. Steve Conner came back on 12/05 for a final walk-through. I had one concern that was a miscommunication where some of the picture hangers were replaced in 4 walls which I did not ask for. It made sense as I still had other pictures hanging on other walls. Steve had Marvin and Damien both come back on 12/18 and discussed repainting the entire walls, or being able to remove the hangers and repaint just those spots. They were able to repair those holes and repaint around them so that even I could not see where they had been. A true art. Overall a very satisfactory experience, and would highly recommend them for interior as well as exterior work."

"We called Indy Shades for an esimate for blind cleaning - faux wood blinds and pleated shades. He gave me the price per size over the phone. When we called to schedule the cleaning, it was a one week wait time, just what we had been told. The owner and one helper arrived on time to pick up the blinds and shades and returned the following day at the same time to reinstall them. Everything went exactly as explained and expected. And the blinds and shades look great. We will definitely use Indy Shades again!"

"Mitch did a great job and we are so, so happy with the results. He provided professional results at a price much lower than his more corporate, higher-end competitors. The project did take a little longer than we had hoped (both my husband and I as well as Mitch) but it was all worth it in the end.  <br /> Mitch also allowed us to do the painting ourselves to keep the costs down. This really helped us a lot and wasn't something other contractors were willing to do. He provided lots of tips and advice on how to paint them correctly for best results. "Called for some work to be done on the roof and got me more than I could’ve thought. They found unexpected roof damage i.e wind damage and hail damage. They came and took my roof off within an hour and replaced some of the osb took out my old chimneys and had the new roof on and cleaned up around the house by 1-1:30 and whole project done within roughly 4.5 hours. They sent pictures of the entire project in the start of every phase to keep me posted so I knew how far they were the entire time! They fought for me and worked with me to get me what I needed. Highly recommend for any exterior project. They will be doing my gutters and replacing some of my old siding and looking forward to them coming back!"
