"King Level Construction does top notch work. From quotation to execution, Luis had us taken care of within 1 week. He demolished an existing concrete slab for us and poured a new 2 car parking pad. Luis made sure that we were satisfied with every part of the construction process, and we learned quite a bit from his expertise! The quality and value is unmatched. You will not be disappointed."

"So easy to schedule and they did a great job. Very neat. Our driveway looks new again. Very affordable. We didn't know it was so affordable or we would have had it done every year. Highly recommend!"

"One year after the work was done (sometime in November, 2016), the fascia supporting the left side of the new gutter broke away from the house allowing the high end of the gutter to lower and a hole to develop allowing squirrels to enter our attic. Our exterminator found the hole where they were getting in and reported that it was caused by the fascia being inadequately installed. I reported this to Neal King hoping for a reasonable resolution for the needed repair. He reported that they had only contracted to replace the fascia on the right side of the new gutter. However, they had in fact also contracted to replace the old gutter on the left side with a much larger gutter. When they removed the old stapled fascia on the right, they correctly installed new fascia with screws to support the heavier gutter. But even though Neal King has since told me that "Staples are not the correct fasteners to use. It's a safe assumption that the remaining fascia boards on your house are also stapled," he felt no responsibility to strengthen the inadequate support the existing fascia provided to hold the left side of the new, heavier gutter. In fact he blamed the failure on us, stating that "The gutter would still be in the same place as we put it last summer (sic) if the leaves were cleaned." In fact, he had installed the gutter in late September and we had cleaned the gutter on at least three occasions between the installation and failure. So after spending (using other contractors) an additional $400 on squirrel extermination and $350 on repair of the failed soffit and fascia, I am no longer able to state that "I would use Double K Contractors again without hesitation." In fact, after much correspondence and his failure to meet with us to view and discuss the problem, I doubt that I would ever use Double K Contractors again at all."
