"The sewer was rooted from the outside clean out. The tech was able to remove a large clump of roots but was unable to get the big cuitter all the way to the end. He was able to punch a hole through with a smaller cutting tool. He could not give the standard warrenty on his work since the big cutter could not make it through. He recommended, in the Spring, to have the sewer line looked at with a camera and determine what is blocking the big cutter from reachinmg the end of the sewer line."

"Heartland Plumbing is a family-owned business. Brandon is the owner and was also the lead plumber on my project. When the owner is doing the work, you know it is getting done right.
