They have been consistently prompt, efficient, responsive to requests, and conscientious about full clean-up after the windows were installed. "Jose showed up on time for the estimate. He put it in writing in a contract that was not written in clear english. I sent a deposit and texted for a work date. When he finally called me, he did not even know if he'd received the deposit. He told me he'd do the work with 6 guys. His brother-in-law shoed up with one guy. House came out great except for dirty windows. But the stone patio and walkways were damaged. After they left, I picked up pieces of bluestone and concrete. They offered t come back and fix it for a price to be determined. But I hired someone else. I would not hire them again."
