Windows are very hard to latch. They look nice but who cares if it doesn't function properly and can't be fixed. After responding to another clients review with my experience, i was softly threatened to keep my experience to myself and to handle through him. I tried this but it got me nowhere. Windows have been our biggest home investment yet and feel that others should be warned so they don't have the same poor experience and left with brand new windows that function like theyre ready to be replaced already. Make a better choice than we did so you can be happy."
