There were several different types pf shutters. They were numbered as to location and I was thoroughly instructed in their use. It was a great job and very professional."

They tole me the approximate wait time, which was accurate and contacted me as soon as the material came in and asked me when would it be convenient for them to install the shutters. Installation was on-time, fast and everything was cleaned up, immediately (what little box trash, etc. resulted). Would I hire them, again? YES. "Two of them came out. There was a long list and we were happy to pay more, but I was not pleased when I got home. I wanted the caulking in the shower redone and they did not get to that. There is a gate in a storage thing out in the side yard and the door needed patching. I just did not like coming home. I felt like they rushed and just did not get it all done or even attempted to get it done. The price was not the issue. I just wanted those things done. With two of them here, I felt like they could have done more."

She came back with samples in hand and remade curtains in different color. If she was upset about it, I never knew it.
