The stainless steel chimney cap also needed replaced and they actually provided a bigger and better cap then the original. I appreciate the quality work done. "Bought a daily deal through Angie's List and after several miscommunications, the work was completed on Sat., 9/6. After they left, we noticed they failed to replace some shingles that had blown off. My husband indicated to them that we had spare shingles that could be used. They indicated that the mansard part of the roof was difficult to keep shingles on. We agreed but didn't realize that they hadn't replaced some shingles on another area of the roof. It would have been an easy fix. My husband, being disabled is not able to do this type of work. They did give suggestions on some repairs to the chimney plus a minor adjustment to the roof fan."

While many chimney sweeps attempt to talk you out of self maintenance, such as cleaning your own chimney, Matt was fully supportive of the decision, provided a few safety suggestions and supplied me information on their inspection services if I needed them.
