"Joe is a project manager for Home Genius Exteriors. He's supervised the installation of my replacement roof. When the foreman informed Joe that some necessary supplies were not part of the shipment delivered, Joe immediately left to get those items from the vendor. Once the job was completed Joe return for a final inspection and even went around with a magnet to make sure all nails were picked up. Joe answered all my questions and was congenial and represented himself well as a professional. I highly recommend Joe to any client or employer."

"It went perfectly, they arrived on time and worked till it was finished and cleaned up when done. They even fixed all mistakes previous installers made. from vents on exhaust fans to cable installers removing insulation and not replacing. They gave me a price that we agreed to. and that was the price when they finished. I recommend them completely. In fact I ask for them to come back to insulate a detached garage, the price for that was also very reasonable.

"Affordable Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof on our 125 year old farmhouse, removing several layers of material and replacing the decking on the porch roofs. From my initial call for quote, the response was quick, the quote was within our budget and they started right on time! We did have several days of rain that delayed the completion, but the crew worked on Saturday to keep on schedule. We now have a 50 warranty on material and workmanship! The clean up was done extremely well! Incidentally, the day they finished, we finally received a quote from another company. "Had the roof, gutters and siding replaced. A lot of work removing the old and installing the new. The crew of 4 showed up every day till the entire job was done. Never was I left hanging with a no show day. Very happy with entire process. Also important, the original estimate is what I paid. No cost over runs.
