"I hope that this review truly conveys all good things about working with Anthony: his professionalism, work ethic, efficiency, quality of work, and his fair price. Anthony transformed our kitchen cabinets, and our whole kitchen, by refacing, painting and repairing our tired, old cabinets. When he first arrived, he assured us that the bones of the cabinets were solid, and worked with us on matching the exact color we wanted for the new look. He did a truly magnificent job painting our cabinets and measuring, painting and installing new doors and drawer fronts to match, as well as upgrading our hinges, knobs and pulls. He also seemlessly coordinated all his work with another contractor who was installing a new floor in the kitchen. He was a pleasure to work with, easily approachable and made many solid and helpful suggestions. I am more than happy to give him 5 stars and highly recommend him to anyone wanting to install new cabinetry or upgrade existing cabinets."

"If you need crown molding or toe kick covers installed then it is fine. Perhaps that's what warrants the 5 stars on this site & it is the reason I hired Mr. Pulla but here is my honest and professional opinion. Not a man of his word. Disrespectful of your time. Mr. Pulla initially gave me one price then shows up and says he changed the way he was going to do the job and therefore more money and more time and a lot messier. He did not consider showing me the finished product before mounting it. He gives you a time he will arrive and does so 2 hours later. Shelves were not sanded, he just stained 12x2 and lacquered, not refined. One shelf is off level by 1/4 thought he was more knowledgeable. From 5 feet away it is not noticeable so I let it go, however, I will always know and it would have been cheaper to get 6 upper cabinets."

"Brian from BVK Inc was very professional!!! I was referred to him from my nephew who had a house built in Gardner and hehelped build it. When I called him he was ready and started with plans and getting the building permit. Once approved he started immediately and worked everyday until it was completed and did a fantastic job!! They were receptive and patient with our ever-changing needs. Once we finalized our purchase, we received our cabinets within two weeks! The cabinets are very sturdy and the color is beautiful. The hinges and hardware are high quality. We are extremely pleased with AWD and would recommend them to any friends or family looking for good cabinets at a fair price."

"As usual, Alan showed up as scheduled and did a thorough walk-around to detail the work that needed to be done. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."

"I hired Remodeling Concepts based on a recommendation. Right from the start Derek was very responsive and once at my home he was full of ideas and suggestions to help us with our remodel. I brought in 3 contractors before hiring RC. The estimates were all around the same amount and Derek was right in line with his prices but he offered a lot more than anyone else I spoke to. Throughout the remodel, the entire staff were professional and friendly. I actually got to the point that I felt that the guys had become family...my dogs even liked them! Derek and his staff were always available when I needed them and anytime I made changes to the project Derek took it in stride and worked with me to make sure I was happy. One of the things that really made me happy when dealing with Derek is that when he would come to the house on a day that he wasn’t on site, he would review the work done and at times would find something that he deemed unacceptable that my wife and I didn’t even notice and would have the work redone to make sure it was perfect. This was a huge project that I was very nervous about and Derek and his staff made sure things went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We did everything from new siding and a new roof, to a full kitchen remodel, new laundry room, new covered deck, and central air among other things. The biggest indicator of how happy I am with the work done is that I recently contacted Derek to do more work for me!"
