"My grandmother had a clog in her pipes. She called what seemed to be a reputable company. They were advertising 10% for seniors (Wonder Why?) she had flooding in her basement bc of this. They sent a guy named Ramos to do the job. My grandmother was trying to explain her issue but I guess Ramos thought he knew it all. He claimed to have unclogged the pipes. No later than 30 days later the problem happens again. My grandmother has been trying to get in contact with this company but with no success. I guess lady rooter picked up the phone after 9pm one night and my grandmother explained her issue. Then proceeded to tell her that SHE clogged the drain AGAIN! WHAT? After that call there was no follow up and my grandmother cannot use her bathroom or water AT ALL or it goes straight to her basement and floods. She called another company that put the camera in her pipes and said the guy COULD NOT HAVE unclogged the pipe. He did a temporary fix at best and charged my grandmother over $700. We got pictures and video of the other company doing their estimate. There is no way Ramos did any unclogging. If this is how you do business. FINE. But you will give EVERY CENT of my grandmothers money back to her or you will regret it. I promise you that. I will give you 48 hours to rectify this situation and for someone to give my grandmother a call back. It is 10pm on 1/28/21. My grandmother has the same last name and you know who I’m talking about. You got the WRONG PERSON that YOU THOUGHT you could take advantage of."

"Doug is a scam artist. We first used Doug 5 years ago to put in a new leach field and septic. He was paid in full for the job and was supposed to come back and finish grading the yard. He never came back. Doug has refused to answer text messages or phone calls. 5 years later we needed to have the septic pumped. $2500 later to fix all of the things Doug did wrong or didn't do at all. Hopewell Septic was shocked with that they saw. My husband again tried calling him to get more info. He called back and said he was in Mexico and would call when he was back. No return phone call. After reading multiple reviews saying the same thing I would assume Doug is in Mexico avoiding people he has screwed over. Do not use!!!!"
