"I had a clog in my main sewer line. The water in the toilet in my master bathroom wouldn't go down. I also had water and sewage that came up from my shower drain in my guest bathroom. I called Drain Surgeon around 8:30 AM. They were already booked today so we made an appointment for tomorrow morning. They called me around 1:00 PM and said they could be at my house in 30 minutes! I was ecstatic that they could be here today. The two guys were very efficient and figured out where to look for the clog pretty quickly. They were able to open up the clog (it was a lot of hair). "I was so happy with the idea of a no dig repair by NuFlow. Friendly and professional crew, but... 5 years later I started having issues again. They sent someone to do a "wellness" check. Apparently the repair was not complete, they stopped 15' short of where it needed to be. Now tree roots are causing a problem at the opposite end of the pipe. Instead of completing the repair, they quoted $7,010 to finish the remainder of the pipe. I don't feel that it should cost me more to complete what I thought was already done. Penny Hunter "
