I gave him a call and he was pleased to know about my project. He is amazing, understanding, professional, kind, pleasant to work with.He explained everything that I needed to know and updated me every step. He was on top of everything. Very organized with each team that he has. We had a little struggle with the county, for the permit and inspections but that didnâ  t stop him and he made thru . Very patient!! He works with amazing people. Billy and Jen did the finishing touches on my porch. They did a. great job. Im so thankful that I met them all and for the work they all done on my new Porch. NOT DISAPPOINTED AT ALL!! Thank you Rickey and the team. IM IN LOVE WITH MY PORCH ð ¥° He is a man of God!!!"

"Cabinet bottom shelf to include the kick-plate completely destroyed by water damage… repairs made quickly and efficiently and much better than the original in both materials and workmanship. He also changed out the garbage disposal (that leaked causing the damages). I will definitely hire this company again. In fact I have several home improvement jobs in mind. "

"I provided a list of things that needed fixing in our bathroom. Unclog toilet and sink, replace floor under toilet. Fix tub faucet from dripping. Brette's quoted $800.00. Sub floor, approx 3x5 section needed replacing. He quoted the whole bathroom. He replaced that. Toilet was not unclogged, or sink. He didn't cap the hole for the toilet pipe and my 6 yr old granddaughter was met with a rat in our bathroom. Not satisfied, I contacted Brette's and he refunded 300.00. Then we had to call The Drain Team in to get ot fixed right. A lot of money for seniors. Not very satisfied. No written estimate, which I asked for and no receipt. SMH. "

Josh always does things the right way and I can trust his work and also for him to stand behind his work if anything has to be changed. They have done many jobs for me, They are very trustworthy and reliable. They may not show up on time always but that means they are busy helping someone else in an emergency and I trust they will do the same for me someday when needed. Josh needs to be cloned, there needs to be more than one of him. I am very happy to have found them and I feel very lucky to consider them part of my team."
