"The Black Ops pro arrived sooner than expected, listened to my concerns and understood I wanted to know if repair (parts replacement) was all I needed or replacement of my entire water heater was necessary. Turned out I needed an entire unit. While it was up to code at the time I purchased it many years ago, it would not meet today's code. The unit was also leaking - not enough to create a puddle on the floor outside its storage area but that was obviously coming. Everything was explained in full detail and all my options discussed fully. The pro took his time, answered all questions and since they were working in the area told me the job could be completed today. The quote for everything, including disposal of the old unit, was more than reasonable. A total of 4 servicemen were involved. All were professional and personable, answering questions along the way.
