"Find another dealer for your needs. I trusted Morgan Exteriors to replace the windows in my home and was considering having them do the same for the siding. However, if getting siding installed is anything like our experience with getting windows replaced, I would not recommend them at all.
I have been lied to by the scheduler, the warehouse manager/project manager failed to properly conduct a review of the order placed or complete an accurate inventory of job materials. I have been waiting over a month for the remaining windows to arrive and even after multiple visits to measure and take pictures of windows to be replaced, errors were made and I now have to wait another month for that window to arrive as well.
