"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The summer after I had the roof replaced I noticed a few shingles missing, they were out within just a couple of days to fix the issue."

"Koality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range."
