"Very happy with service. <br /> He returned my initial phone call within one hour, and made same day visit to diagnose problem. <br /> He could not fix the problem and guarantee that it would be effective.  He said that since I had a good quality older model, which he felt was more reliable than a new washer, he could sell me a refurbished one of the same make/year/quality.  I agreed with him and was thrilled.  The total cost for everything was $225, which could have easily been the cost of the diagnosis and house call alone...very pleased!  The refurbished washer also has a 90 day warranty. <br />"

"They are on Georgetown, south of 86th now, so call for current location. I dropped it off on a Monday, paid the diagnostic fee and they said they would look at it Thursday or Friday. I called Friday afternoon, and they said the oven was fixed and that the bad part was under a special replacement program by Panasonic, so there was no additional charge for the part. I picked it up later that day. I was obviously delighted that they could fix it promptly and knew that the part was covered under the replacement program. The only minor complaint is that they didn't call when it was repaired, or I could have picked it up a day earlier."

"I was out of town when it was discovered that my home had flooded from a cracked toilet component. The flooding was extensive, covering about 80% of my upstairs and basement. My insurance contacted ServiceMaster who was on site the next morning to assess and begin the dry out process. Over the next several weeks, they boxed up most everything in my home, moved furniture, ripped out carpet, cleaned every surface in my upstairs, etc. They then proceeded to the basement to begin mold clean up. Many possessions in the basement required extensive sorting and cataloging for the insurance company and they did a fantastic job. This was a major undertaking and they handled it great! They then proceeded with the mold remediation in the basement. This is still a work in progress as the basement is being rebuilt and my possessions will then need cleaned and returned to the basement. The staff at ServiceMaster is one of the hardest working, most dependable group of people I have every worked with! They are also some of the most pleasant and caring people! I have many antiques, etc that required special handling and they did a great job! They are always very responsive and very thorough with explanations. I could not have asked for better people to work with through this entire process. Since my insurance has covered most of the cleanup cost, I can only speak to the cost of mold cleanup. I would have not hesitation to recommend this company to anyone requiring this type of service!"
