His roofers arrived when he said they would come. They worked hard for two days and cleaned up after they were through. We recommended him to another friend and he replaced their roof a week later. "I had Re-Roofing America do work for me and they did a good job. The reason for the "average" rating is because Angi inserted themselves in the middle of the project, and they added absolutely no value to the project. Ango assigned a Project Manager (PM). Everything they told me was not true and/or did not happen. As a PM for a project, you are suppose to stay on top of the project, and be proactive in making sure project is on schedule. The PM told ReRoofing America was going to call me before job started, wrong. The PM told me told me materials were being brought by Re-Roofing America, wrong. The PM never contacted me before the job making sure everything was on track and never contacted me during the job to see how things were going. The only contact I had was for payment. I recommend Re-Roofing America, but I strongly do not recommend Angi being part of the project. Work with Re-Roofing America directly and tell Angi to stay out of the middle. Things will go much smoother."

"They did a good job installing insulation, drywall, doorframes and doors, and molding. The floating and painting was professional as well. Because they were coming from Baton Rouge, the traffic ate into their time on the job. This caused the project to take longer than we’d hoped. Over all, an honest and professional business. I wish them the best."

"The apartment was the first time I hired them. This was while Katrina winds were hitting us hard. I called without knowing him because the first floor apartments were already flooding. He and his crew got up in a windstorm and did some patch work for me. He dealt with the insurance adjuster who is not very happy we started work before he came out, but I just had to protect my property.. He also took care of two of my rental houses a year later after Hurricane Gustuff. They also did the roof for my own home a year or so later. The last thing he did for me was putting on that duralast roof. He always does exactly what he says he will do. They stick to the time frame quoted and do a great job cleaning up afterwards. I am always very please with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone."
