"Great experience. I called in mid to late March to schedule an estimate and within the few days had a quote in hand from a comprehensive on-site meeting. I received 3 estimates in total from other competitors and although Exterior Wood Restoration was a little more expense then the other estimates their presentation, professionalism and quality are/were worth the money. Due to weather (which no one can control) there was a gap in work but the crew did what they could when they could. The crew power washed the deck, sanded boards where the previous stain would not come off and even replaced a few boards on top of our arbor. The stain that they use is the best I have ever seen. Far superior to any store brand and most of their competitors. The crew took their time to make sure that every nook and cranny of our deck and arbor were fully saturated. They did an excellent job cleaning up and always checked with me prior to work being completed to see if I was satisfied. They finished-up today (4/22/13) and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Excellent job!
