Get matched with top sewer main clearers in New-ross, IN

"Replaced an outdoor spigot. Friendly and professional service at a reasonable price. Cleaned up the work area when finished. Would recommend."

"Ron is thorough professional. We had issues with our sewer line and a company started the clean out work and came up with ridiculous estimation costs. We wanted to get second opinion through different companies and Pristine Plumbing was one of them. Ron came in at the mentioned time and provided me with an estimate. He is a thorough professional. He beat the estimates provided by other company and got the job done within a day and provided us with a lifetime warranty."

"Hired to install a main shut off in the living space above the crawl. Answered all my questions and openly discussed options."

"It's never a good time when you have to dig up a sewer line, but these guys were fast, friendly, efficient, listened to us, and did the work well. I'd definitely hire them again... though I hope I never have to!"

"Needed an estimate for replacing my sewer line. $400+ later, and I still had no estimate. Another company came out the next day and was able to offer solutions (and the information given was different than what I was told from Service Plus) and did so free of charge."

"it was a mess until they came and unclogged the main sewer line. they had to use a high pressure tanker truck to break the drain free.

"It took a while for Mr. Rischel to come out- he did check to be sure that we did not have an emergency, though. He told us if we had another flood to call immediately. Luckily, it was really dry, so we could wait and we were fine with it. He did a very thorough job checking for the sewer pipes and he talked to me before he did work. He put in an outdoor cleanout valve and, as a bonus, removed a shrub that I really didn't care much for (for free). He walked me through where the pipes were in my neighborhood and why my home had flooded. He also told me what could be done to prevent the flooding. He made sure I understood what would happen and the limitations of the check valve (it is a mechanical device that could fail, but is unlikely to do so). He and his crew were very professional- they were polite and on time.
It has been a few months since the installation and we have had some super heavy rains without our sewer pipes flooding. The check valve was worth every penny- cleaning up sewage is awful and that is why I gave him an A on the price.

"I moved into a new home and unfortunately have had several plumbing issues from a gas leak, to outdoor water spicket needing replaced, to a shower spout needing replaced to the most recent which was a turn off valve installed off my main water line for the irrigation system. Every time I have had a knowledgeable, helpful service representative come out. Each time the problem has been fixed. Each time the technician went out of his way to show me or explain to me the issue. Highly recommend!"

"They were very professional and thorough in clearing out my main drain. I previously used a much larger company. That company was in and out in 30 minutes and almost twice as expensive. Chase and Jason took time to ensure that they had removed all of the debris causing the blockage. I kept waiting for them to sell me something in addition to the drain cleaning - that never happened. Thank you for the honest assessment! I will absolutely be using them again and referring them to anyone I know who has a plumbing issue."
