"Signed contract on May 8 for deck build.On May 12 rep came to my office to collect deposit of apprx $13,000. He said project team meeting on Wed & would update me then on start date etc. On Fri May 16 I had to reach out to him. He wrote the team had met & materials were ordered. An hour later he wrote back that he was misinformed & that his boss was going to call me next week. Despite this, dep check cashed. On Mon 5. 20 rep wrote back that they had forgotten certain costs & to proceed it would be $8,000 more. Not a typo. $8,000 more. No apology. Ridiculous, contract rescinded. I wrote that he could return my deposit at my office just as he had collected it. On Wednesday the 21st I got a text from "Tom," presumably the owner/boss, saying he would "drop a check in the mail" to my address. Today is May 30th, Friday, and still no check. Check at a minimum should have been overnighted. They owe me interest not to mention the deposit to hire a contractor who will honor contract. Bad."

"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"

Kevin at All Clean Environmental Services took my panicked call on a Saturday and listened in detail about health concerns regarding “moth ball odors” in my family’s rental property. "They talk the talk but when push comes to shove they are awful. I had them do replacement windows. The windows that are visible from my driveway and sidewalk are excellent. The ones that are more hidden they didn't bother to wrap or caulk correctly. Called the office and they said that if they "fixed the issues" it would be more damage. Never have I been more disappointed by crap customer service."

I again reached out since I hadn't heard back and they said they had driven by at one point but wanted to get a closer look so would come back. After multiple attempts of contact with no response, I have since given up. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend based on my experience."
