We have 5 years on the market, doing a lot of services with high level of quality (painting, drywall, sodding and soffit, kitchen and bathroom renovations, additions & remodeling, decks, flooring, porches and patio ,driveways)
"This was a 440 square foot addition with a 240 square foot deck; Jorge finished the project within two months while still providing excellent workmanship. To support this accomplishment, I had to do my part also. Choose materials that were readily available, doors, windows, flooring, lighting, etc. You cannot finish a project in two months if you choose custom order materials that have a three/four-month lead time. This is to say, my expectations were realistic, and I had to enable and collaborate with Jorge so he could help me. Jorge and his people exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail was very good, if we had an issue we would discuss and resolve. Financially this was a huge project for myself and my family. There are a lot of things that can go wrong when you are moving earth, tearing out walls and building something from your imagination and a 2-D drawing. I am very glad; I chose Silver Lakes Construction/Jorge to guide me through this process."

I have been in residential renovation for 10 years, working for contractors and real esate investors. I was financially able to start my own company 3 years ago buying run down houses in Louisville and flipping them, while still doing subcontract work for clients I used to work for. Now I have the financial freedom to help individual clients renovate their own homes which has been even more rewarding for me. I love what I do and I respect my clients homes as if they were my own. I take pride in doing high quality work at a very reasonable price. The biggest reason for the switch to individual home owners is seeing so many contractors gouging their clients and doing substandard work.
