"Josh came out to hook up 3 faucets and 1 toilet. 2 of the faucets leaked causing damage to my vanity. I tried several times to reach him directly and he never responded. Had to call the office to get a response. When Josh came out to repair his work, he blamed the drain and stated he followed manufacturers recommendations. I didnâ t agree and he agreed with me . I told him just to fix and he got upset and walked off the job.He gave me my check back when he walked out. The entire time he was there he used foul language. Upon further inspection, it was found that Josh used the wrong washers . I repaired the leaks myself. Tried calling the office several times after with no response from the owner. ."
