"The plumber arrived about 15 minutes late but, called earlier to let me know this would happen. It was no big deal. He quickly diagnosed the problem in 5-10 minutes and gave me an estimate. The price was very reasonable compared to other plumbers we have used previously on other repairs.  He did have to leave to get a part half way through the repairs but, again this was no problem. The whole thing took about 1 hour. We are very pleased and will use this company in the future.

The old toilet's bolts had rusted and the flange in the floor had also rusted and was no longer attached. Joe went to the plumbing supply to get the parts needed and was able to install the new toilet without further complications."

Service was fast, got it replaced within a few hours of arrival and I feel the pricing was in an acceptable range. He cleaned up the area, better than it was when he arrived. I did find it odd that they only accept cash or checks, no credit cards. I really would have preferred to have paid for with a credit card for various reasons. I do not recall seeing or hearing that fact until it was time to pay, that to me was a bit of a bummer."
