"Jerry was very prompt in providing an estimate for the job, and very patient in waiting for me to get the necessary permit to start the work (condo board fault). As soon as I got the permit he and his crew started and finished the job in one day. He also raised one square of the cement walkway leading to the patio so there wouldn't be a slight step. The first attempt at this was not attractive so he refinished it and it looked much better."

Ken provided quick turnaround on quote and on work.  We asked for a couple of quote options and Ken was pleasant and willing to help. Workers were careful,  quite and respectful, worked really hard all day. Must have walked up and down steps a hundred times to carry out debris in buckets. Cleaned up after themselves. Ken checked in each morning and afternoon. Forgot to perform one part of job, the brick window well rim, but came back in a few days and finished that off.
