My wife and I have a one year old and another one due in March. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. "I hired US ProPaint and Renovation after meeting JR, discussing my project, and receiving what I thought was a fair and thorough proposal describing the work to be completed in 2 bathrooms. The team that worked in my home was professional, and they arrived on time each day. They were very careful to clean up after themselves each day. JR and his team also made sure, for each key piece of the project, that products were installed as I wanted them and that I was pleased with their progress. The team removed a vanity and granite countertops, installed a new bathroom vanity, installed LVT flooring in 2 bathrooms with transitions to meet the existing wood floors, installed new toilets, and then painted ceilings, doors, trim, and walls.
