"<p>Robert, Hosea and Justin were the men that did all the work in my crawlspace. It took them 3 days to complete the job. The first day they showed up at 8:30am just like they said and cleaned out all the debris in my crawlspace. They put all trash in large contractor type bags and loaded it onto their truck. On day two Robert and Hosea arrived at 8:00am and dug the trench around the perimeter of my crawlspace for the French Drain, raked the crawlspace, blocked off the vents in the foundation, redirected the condensation line from my AC, dug a hole for the sump pit and sump pump and told me that I had a leak and that I should hire a plumber to fix it before they install the vapor barrier. I contacted a plumber the same day and he came out and repaired the problem the next day. On day three all three men arrived at 8:00am and they installed the insulation on the walls, built and installed the crawlspace door, installed concrete pads for the jacks to sit on to support the beams and removed any trash that they had left.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <p>Removed all debris, old insulation, hanging wires, dug a trench around my crawlspace 4 inches wide by 4 to 6 inches deep, then raked my crawlspace making sure their were no sharp object sticking out of the ground were it could puncture the vapor barrier once it was installed, installed a French Drain in my 30' X 30' (900sq.ft) crawlspace, blocked off the foundation vents, redirected the condensation drain line, dug a hole to put the sump pit and sump pump in, installed 1 1/4 inch thick insulation board about 4' long X 10" wide around the walls of my crawlspace, installed concrete pads and jacks under beams to replace wood that had rotted from where another contractor had used to brace wood beam, installed vapor barrier and built and installed a new treated wood crawlspace door. They are very professional and do excellent work. I would definitely hire them again. </p> <br />"

"We initially contacted Jaco to fix a leveling issue with our driveway that was causing water to pool up. Josh Goodman came out and was very straight forward. He doubted that leveling the driveway would fix the issue. He suggested instead to install a Box Drain and run it into our current French Drain system. After a little more research we decided on a 3' long channel drain. It took a while from the initial contact in the Spring to getting an estimate in July but then the job was performed a month later in August. After the installation the Channel Drain worked perfectly. Also, the drain itself was installed very well. Our issue was with the installation of the plastic pipe which carried the water to our French Drain. The trench was dug unevenly then poorly filled. The result was a sharp dip all along the drain pipe; like a reverse "speed bump". Also where the pipe connected to the French Drain was not buried deep enough causing the pipe to be exposed. When I called Josh he came out to look at it then I heard nothing. A week later I called Josh and he said it looked fine to him. After a 5 minute discussion he agreed to send a crew out to fix it. 3 weeks later..no crew so my wife and I spent 4 hrs. relaying the drain pipe and filling it in properly. So, I give Jaco an A for the concept and the installation of the Channel Drain and an F for the installation of the drain pipe and overall Customer Service."

"The plumbers from Ven Hoff are very professional and knowledgeable. I have had them I think three or four times during remodeling and seen at least three different men. No problems at all. One thing I so much appreciate is that unless two men are required, Ven Hoff sends only one. Other plumbers I have used always send two men--and charge much more. <br /> I also appreciate that when I call in and describe a problem, the man they send will be chosen because he is knows that particular kind of problem. For example, one of their men is very good with hot water heating and understands the workings of the furnace. Another may be better at something else. Again, I have called another plumber in the area, described the problem, and been charged despite the fact that neither of the two men sent knew diddly about that particular kind of problem. <br /> Service is prompt and timely. Usually in a non-emergency situation there has been only a day or two between my call and the day of the appointment. <br /> We are very pleased. <br />"
