"The salesman should have told me the tearout of the old shower and the installation of the new shower would cause a white dust over everything in every room. I have a lot of cleanup to do. I am not happy with the caulking around the base of the shower. It looks a little messy. The installer said it was because the gap between the flooring and the new shower base was wider than usual. I think a better job should have been done. Overall the new showers look beautiful and are working fine."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"I did not get an appointment call within the allotted time. I had to call them to get them out for the appointment. The window took a very long time to come in. Once in, I was called and things got much better. The three installers arrived on time, removed and replaced the window, cleaned up the mess and were done in 1:15 mins. Very professional and courteous. All of the questions I had. were answered completely. I am very pleased with the window and the personnel that installed the window.

"Excellent! I called them and they responded within 10min. They inspected my drain outside of the egress window in a day. A day later they cut the concrete, put a sump pump in the basement. They were right on time. We had several contractors come before and they said “we cannot doing anything”, “shop vac the drain”. They are quiet. And they replaced the dry wall and it cosmetically beautiful. I recommend highly."
