"Well, I was not looking forward to messing with my computer, it is older, and I'm still running Windows 7! I did not want to change the computer or the software until absolutely necessary. I was having assorted issues with it taking much longer to process files, and searching online. Within 30-45 minutes they fixed it and that was over a year ago, and it is still working like a new computer (well close to it, but great for its age!). I need to get them to do the same fixes to my wife's computer and software. Her's is many years newer than mine, but its having some tough days. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks."

"Install was simple and took a modest amount of time. Still need to install an outlet in a cabinet to hide the power cord for the keypad. The alarm is loud, but not audible outside the house. Consider an add-on unit if you want to alert the neighbors. Signal range is less than ideal for some window sensors; a repeater (most any 2gig module that is hardwired) of some sort will likely help. Motion sensors are cheap looking and do not inspire confidence. Tech support answered quickly and walked me through a technical question about adding a second keypad to the system. Cellular communications are far superior to ADT system at previous house. I do not like the contract renewal clause."

I like the fact that I can check, arm and disarm the system remotely. I receive a text very quickly every time the alarm is armed or disarmed. There is a monthly fee of $39.99 and the basic cost of the kit was $99.00, a motion detector, panel, camera equipped motion detector, 4 door alarms, a panic button key fob, stickers and signs."
