"Brian from Encore Pro repaired a section of my roof that was leaking. That was a problem area where leaves accumulated in a valley. He explained how he was going to repair it and placed the new ice shield/flashing and tied it in with the existing counter flashing against the brick in the valley. He took detailed pictures that showed the repairs so you can see exactly what was done. He arrived quickly and completed the repairs in a short period of time. His work is high quality."

"Job was done well. Second time I've hired Lux Roofing - excellent both times. Highly recommend."

"I am thankful that I found John Williams. After the most recent hurricane I noticed a leak (ceiling sheetrock) in my parents home. It was impossible to find someone that could help me or would help me. My parents have a clay-tile roof. A lot of people I called did not mess with clay tiles. Needless to say, after weeks of trying to find someone (either did not do clay-tiles, did not return my call or flat out said no because they were booked out for the next 3 months), Angi s sent me John s info. He reached out the same morning and I called him back. He came out that same day. His guys protected the roof (rain forecasted all week) and was able to find matching tiles, in which he picked up later that same day. His crew started work the next day and finished in a timely manner (the repairs) and also fixed and replaced various broken or missing tiles. They took many before and after pictures of the maintenance and major repair work along the way. I am very happy and relieved! I highly recommend John Williams. His communication is excellent, his workmanship is carried out with high standards. He was such a treasure to find. He will always be my go-to person from now on. Just a straight up top -notch human being. Thank you John for your help. You lifted such a heavy weight off my back. I feel confident and comfortable that I do not have to worry any longer. Thank you and God Bless! -Soraya"

"R&K did a great job on the roof and cleaned up everything very well. Thanks. They get 5 stars by me."

"Mike Reeves, owner was onsite from beginning to end. I was highly impressed with the outstanding professionalism. I am going to be remodeling soon and will be calling them back to out for a new roof and new gutters and more."

"A tree limb fell on the roof. I was worried that I may have hole in the roof and wanted it taken care of immediately if possible. Todd came out the same day I called him. He determined that I had damaged shingles in certain areas, but no damage that might cause leaks in roof at this time. I hired him to repair and replace some shingles and he came back the next morning and did so. I call that very good service."

"Appointment was easy to set up, Randie was able to come to our house in a very timely manner. He is very nice and professional. Inspection was done and roof was fine except that some caulking came off. Randie said he would fix for free but he didnt have the material with him that day. The whole experience was pleasant and we will definitely hire again!"
