"Home Genius Exteriors, ran insulation through my home today, and I am more than pleased with the final outcome. The sales rep Dylan, was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained very thoroughly on how all the projects would go, and made the pricing acceptable. The project manager Angel Martinez, was very helpful kept me informed of the progress and even showed me photos of the completed product. "I rated AHC a C and a fairer rating would have been somewhere between a B- and a C+. I got a number of estimates for a roof replacement, and their proposal was in the middle. The salespeople were professional and reliable. The work was done in one day and on the date promised, and I was pleased until we experienced our first hard rain one evening and a leak appeared in a sunroom. I called immediately, got a voicemail message and did not hear back from anyone until midday the next day. The leak was finally fixed after two subsequent repair efforts and a good bit of water damage to the ceiling of the sunroom. A month later, and after many emails and myI withholding part of my final payment for the roof, AHC brought in some folks to sand and stain the roof. I fault them for some shoddy workmanship resulting in the leak and then being slow to fix the problem and repair the damage."

"Great! Jim and his crew took pictures, gave me an immediate quote and repaired the problem in less than 3 hours. The only downside: I asked for a quote on complete roof replacement with architectural shingles. I am still waiting for an answer . . ."

"Jose was organized and provided a great team to accomplish couple of jobs from exterior painting, landscaping, power wash on time and with quality."

"GNG Services Unlimeted did several repair projects for me and they did an outstanding job. I will definately be hiring them again."

"Don't pass these guys up if you need your siding cleaned. I am very picky about the outside of my house and they did a fantastic job. My siding is all white and shows all kinds of dirt. The black spots were removed from the vinyl wrap, the strip above the gutter that is always black with dirt was cleaned, and the four columns sparkle from the concrete patio to the roof. I added in a roof power wash service due to some streaking that had started running down the roof. All done, no streaks. Call them up."

"Robert Wood [Owner] and I met at my mother's house in late June.  He spent quality time assessing her damaged [detached] garage roof which was in dire need of repair.  Robert thoroughly explained how to resolve the problems and then we sat down to discuss all options & pricing.  I ultimately selected K & R Roof Masters based upon the feedback of other Angie's List clients and their fair & reasonable costs.   The originally scheduled date for the job was cancelled due to rain but was finally done on July 17, 2013.  The employees were pleasant and efficient.   My only negative comment is that I had to clean up some small roofing scraps & nails.  I relayed this concern to Robert after the job was completed and he implied he would discuss this issue with his workers. I definitely recommend this company for their professionalism, honesty and job well done.  Thanks again !!!
