Not only did Prime Plumbing find that the work to fully replace the sewer lines in my home that had been estimated by a competitor to cost over $14000 WAS NOT NECESSARY, they also provided a highly competitive price for the replacement of the hot water heater. They had every opportunity to provide a lower bid on the work we presumed was needed based on the previous estimate but instead demonstrated that they are highly ethical plumbers interested more in establishing a trusting relationship than someone willing to take advantage of a situation created by a competitor. They will be my plumbers for life and I couldn't recommend them any more strongly to anyone with any plumbing concern. THANK YOU SO MUCH PRIME PLUMBING!!!"

"Our plumber was a little curmudgeonly, but he knows plumbing and he stayed with us until we were satisfied with the brand of faucet and shower we had selected against his recommendation. He returned a couple of times to try to adjust it to our liking. (He was really a very nice man)."

"The process went extremely well from start to finish. They worked with us personally to lay out the new cabinets and to select the flooring and backsplash. The demolition and installation went exactly along with their proposed schedule. The workers were very professional and cleaned up after every day. There were a couple of minor issues along the way (there always are) but these were dealt with very quickly. Overall we were extremely impressed with Hassle Free Home Improvements, Inc and would recommend them to our friends, as well as consider them for future home improvement projects."
