"Well the way he work is he come out look at the job and then he orders the parts and then he comes back in two days later to fix it, in the past I worked with people who I tell them the model of appliance that I have I tell the issue is, usually they have spare parts in their truck when they come visit, the next day he takes a little longer get to order the parts but he did get the job done but it takes a little longer the thing is it's hard to find independent appliance repair guy anymore usually they are all tired up I like to have the independent guy, he is good you know he does his own way of working and he will get it fixed."

"My initial request for repair service went to an answering machine but I received a quick call back from Ken. On the date of service, he arrived within the time frame he had mentioned, giving us a courtesy call when he was in route. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the repair issue and had anticipated the fix, bringing spring kits for several Kenmore models so that our dishwasher was promptly fixed. There was a problem with getting the appliance out of its space, something about the original installation, but Ken persevered while making sure our hardwood flooring was protected from damage.
