We paid extra for the "dustless" service - well worth it to keep 99% of the dust out of the existing living spaces - but we still used plastic to seal off the living spaces as an added precaution. "It went really well. They came in immediately and sealed off the basement from the rest of the house (There's no door to the basement)). They also set up very large and powerful hepa-air-cleaning units which they kept running through the whole job and in fact until the industrial hygienist returned for post-testing after the job was completed. The manager Mike assured me that the job would be done with the utmost effort and care and that's exactly what happened. The main workers, Marcello and Israel were terrific, meticulous, hard-working, reliable, responsive to any concerns I raised. I really couldn't have asked for any more. The post-test results showed Zero spores of the two bad molds with high readings in the pre-job testing. It's a really nice feeling when people come in and do the job just as they promised to."

"This is the second job performed by Hudson Contracting during the last 5 years and I am as satisfied today as I was when they did the initial job. Asm and his crew are great to work with. They are responsive in preparing a detailed and price competitive quote. Once the job began they ensured that dust and trash were kept down to a minimum , cleaning up at the end of each workday. During the course of the weeklong project either Asm or his brother stopped by at least once a day to ensure the project was progressing to their satisfaction and finally when the job was completed an inspection was conducted with me to ensure that I was happy with the job. I hope that I don't need another project to be done in the near future, but when I do I'll call Asm because I know that with him we'll get a quality job at a fair price."
