"Great Value for Quality Work. I called Lopez Plumbing for a water heater installation, and they did an excellent job. Their pricing was fair, and they worked quickly without cutting corners. The team was respectful of my home and cleaned up after the job. Will definitely use them again!"

"Our gas line goyvshut due to boiler repairs. No Even no gas Leak. But still need to go through DOB and Coned. Even no gas leak as ourvgas pipes are all new. Sixto tried hard to submit the doc quick. So the cooking gas could return today ."

"Could not have gone smoother. Tech was very respectful of me and the house, did a fantastic installation and cleaned up everything as if they were never there. Gave me a full walk through and didn't leave until all was tested. New shut off valve, new flue, rehung expansion tank in a better location. Salesman stopped by during the installation to check on things. As it turns out, I believe they were the first to contact me as well after the listing and their price held up. All A+!"

"I had a great experience with Premier HVAC replacing my old and leaking water heater. I was impressed that they were able to respond quickly and start working on the same day as my call, especially given the severely cold weather and other plumbers being busy replacing freezing pipes. The plumber was able to work with my very tight kitchen space and narrow hallways, and without having to remove the countertop in my kitchen. I am satisfied with the installation and would definitely consider Premier HVAC for future plumbing needs."

"Outstanding service, start to finish. Professional, courteous, constant communication. Isha from the home office was in constant contact - phone, two email confirmations, and texts. She called to ask if the service could start a bit earlier, which was fine with me. Alex arrived promptly, put on shoe booties before entering the house (not necessary here but a nice touch). Alex was outstanding. Young fellow with many years experience, and it showed. He explained each part of the task as he went through it, and answered my many questions related to other potential work I brought up. Getting the anodes out of the water heaters - first time replaced - was a bear. He explained he had to get another socket wrench to loosen the anodes - the ones he had did not fit properly. No charge for that time, which though I expected, has not always been the case in my past experiences. Anodes were locked in tight, and took a while to loosen. Doing one water heater at a time, they finally came out, encased in calcium deposit. He then screwed in the replacement anodes and locked them in. Alex completed all the work, put everything back together including the fans on top of the units, tested, and re-tested. Continuing to explain each step. He took pictures of the work for the invoice, ran me through the details again. Everything done on his tablet computer; I received an immediate email receipt. Excellent work with knowledge behind it. I have an external faucet which needs repair, and may be looking for a whole-house water softener. When time comes to replace the water heaters, Advanced Pro will be at top of my list."

"They took the old waterheaters for disposal and they cleaned up the mess they made to make it look like they were never there. And on top of that, my gas bill dropped $50 a month."

"I needed a contractor to safely move a hot tub from a second story deck down to ground . My mover told me I needed a contractor because it involved building a structure to transfer it safely. It would not fit any doorway . It was done expertly, safely, on time and on budget. Very happy with results and professionalism."

"I needed my 60 gallon water heater replaced. They recommended tankless water heater which i approved. Installation was flawless. They even came back to adjust the temperature. The heater has been working well with no complaints…definitely energy saving. I thought customer service was great. I would definitely recommend them."

"Had a tankless hot water heater installed. Not the cheapest, but fast and thorough. I priced a few vendors, and ended up going with these guys because they asked more good questions and were better at communicating the various options. Recommended."
