"I thought they did a good job at the first house. They took their time and did a through cleaning. They replaced the vent elbow because when they installed my new washer/dryer they pushed the machine too far back it crushed the elbow joint. They didn't tell me how much it would cost so in the end, they charged me $50 for it! Which I thought was ridiculous for a piece that was less than a foot long! I took them to my townhouse which was 15 mins away because they would do the same $50 deal to clean the dryer vent. It took them all of 5 mins since the dryer vent was outside my patio. There was quite a bit of lint and they did not want to vacuum the lent that was left in the deck because they didn't have time. That was very unprofessional their part! These kids need to grow up and be more professional. They have a hustle and bustle mentality instead of creating relationship with their clients and have repeat business."

"Outstanding service, start to finish. Professional, courteous, constant communication. Isha from the home office was in constant contact - phone, two email confirmations, and texts. She called to ask if the service could start a bit earlier, which was fine with me. Alex arrived promptly, put on shoe booties before entering the house (not necessary here but a nice touch). Alex was outstanding. Young fellow with many years experience, and it showed. He explained each part of the task as he went through it, and answered my many questions related to other potential work I brought up. Getting the anodes out of the water heaters - first time replaced - was a bear. He explained he had to get another socket wrench to loosen the anodes - the ones he had did not fit properly. No charge for that time, which though I expected, has not always been the case in my past experiences. Anodes were locked in tight, and took a while to loosen. Doing one water heater at a time, they finally came out, encased in calcium deposit. He then screwed in the replacement anodes and locked them in. Alex completed all the work, put everything back together including the fans on top of the units, tested, and re-tested. Continuing to explain each step. He took pictures of the work for the invoice, ran me through the details again. Everything done on his tablet computer; I received an immediate email receipt. Excellent work with knowledge behind it. I have an external faucet which needs repair, and may be looking for a whole-house water softener. When time comes to replace the water heaters, Advanced Pro will be at top of my list."

"Great experience from the first time I made a request on HomeAdvisor. Leo called me within 5 minutes to inquire about my service. He came within 2 hours that same day to give me a free estimate and determine what work including all the permits needed to be done. I picked a relatively short turn around time to complete the work which included upgrading from 100 amps to 200 amps and taking out and installing new box and outside circuitry. Leo gave me a written estimate, itemized and emailed it to me and work was done within a week. When his team arrived they were on time with all of the necessary supplies and started working. One of the most details I saw in his work was that he was there at the work site the entire time making sure his crew was doing everything right and completing the work on time.
