"So hard to figure out who to go with when needing a service. I selected AZ Appliance as their ratings were 5*. And geez did they meet up to it. They made sure that they had the right parts before coming to my house, so it did not waste my time. The total duration of install was maybe an hour, because the tech identified some things that could cause future problems. This guy went above and beyond. He cleaned and handled them at no extra charge. Granted it took him an extra few minutes to perform the small task, he went above and beyond and that makes me confident in avoiding future issues. "Ertan is really good at what he does, and for a fair price. Before starting, we walked through my home to show current locations of switches and outlets, and where we wanted to relocate them. My home was built in 1907, and some of the switches were in odd places, one was within reach of my 21-month-old son. Ertan followed all of our wishes, and made good suggestions. He was also very reasonable, even when he realized that working on our house would be difficult. We do not have drywall in many of our rooms, but plaster covering redwood planks. He found that cutting a hole in the wall to access the wires would take a long time, but he did not change his estimate and continued to perform the work. He also patched holes when he finished, which was a great help."

Creig has provided services for us for years.  Whatever needs doing on a house, he can and does do.  He is a skilled electrician, plumber, contractor, etc.  He has fixed garage doors, installed new garage door openers, installed lighting indoors and outside, fixed sliding glass doors, fixed plumbing leaks, etc. He comes immediately in case of an emergency to do emergency repairs.  He is always very professional, extremely skilled and a real gem. He cleans up thoroughly before leaving. I can't praise him highly enough.  He is honest and will tell you truthfully what can/should be done or what can wait. His charges are very reasonable. His work is excellent in every respect.

"It went great. It was all done over two half-day sessions. He first plastered and premiered our kitchen ceiling, and then installed the wall mirror and flat-screen TV mount. A couple of days later (after the primer dried), he returned to apply the paint, and then installed the track lights and the oven fan."

"MMAB's office called ahead to let me know the repair person was on his way. The repair man was very professional. He asked me to describe the problem with the dryer. I was pleased he listened to my description of the problem. He didn't interject or interrupt me as I tried to explain. He proceeded to run tests on the dryer. Within a very short time he let me know what the problem was and the cost to repair it. I appreciated the care he took as he completed his work. The dryer is located in tight quarters. The only drawback was that when my husband got home he said the dryer exhaust vent was not completely connected to the wall exit vent. This is the only reason for an over all rating of a "B". I hate when appliances are not working properly. MMAB made the process of repairing the drying easy, quick and I would definitely call them again."
