"So hard to figure out who to go with when needing a service. I selected AZ Appliance as their ratings were 5*. And geez did they meet up to it. They made sure that they had the right parts before coming to my house, so it did not waste my time. The total duration of install was maybe an hour, because the tech identified some things that could cause future problems. This guy went above and beyond. He cleaned and handled them at no extra charge. Granted it took him an extra few minutes to perform the small task, he went above and beyond and that makes me confident in avoiding future issues. I did not price shop or call around. I went to 5* reviews and they were there sitting alone at the top. I am not worried about the price of things, just as long as they're done right. I will be putting these guys in our Next door Neighbors page to make sure my neighbors get the same reliability in their appliances. Look no further than AZ Appliance."

"We have been doing a condo conversion by ourselves; hiring out each of the pieces separately and managing it ourselves. It was dragging on and on. We then called in Magnolia to not only do our electrical work but to take over the general contracting role. Once Ertan stepped in, he created order out of the disorder we made. We passed each of our inspections and now are in our final stages of the conversion. The city has their own hiccups in some of the process, but Ertan was patient and persistent to make sure things happened. Handing over the job to him made my headaches his and he never complained. I would use him again for both general contracting work and electrical work."

"It went great. It was all done over two half-day sessions. He first plastered and premiered our kitchen ceiling, and then installed the wall mirror and flat-screen TV mount. A couple of days later (after the primer dried), he returned to apply the paint, and then installed the track lights and the oven fan."

"Awsome! Billy is great. He was surprised that a washer that is only about  5 years old would have a broken belt. He was wondering what I washed in it! I told him I do not wash blankets (cat hair) and rugs in the washer.
He had to order a belt. When it came in, he called, came over and installed it, tested the machine and that was that.
