This project included the removal of all the old shingles; replacement of several sheets of plywood; the installation of: ice and water shields, sidewall flashing, chimney flashing, & ridge vent; and then the installation of: GAF underlayment, new GAF architectural shingles, and gutter guards. We were extremely pleased with the contractors timely and professional work. Detailed time was taken to assure that our needs & association requirements were met. All work (including dumpster placement & removal) was completed in one day. He called after the roof was complete to assure me that if I ever had a problem with the roof, to give Paddy's a call. The install took 1.5 days and the cleanup was very thorough. Its all about the details and Paddy's delivered the details with great customer service. I could not be happier with the process and the results. "Joe is a project manager for Home Genius Exteriors. He's supervised the installation of my replacement roof. When the foreman informed Joe that some necessary supplies were not part of the shipment delivered, Joe immediately left to get those items from the vendor. Once the job was completed Joe return for a final inspection and even went around with a magnet to make sure all nails were picked up. Joe answered all my questions and was congenial and represented himself well as a professional. I highly recommend Joe to any client or employer."
