"This company was great. It was try number 5, after dealing with hard sells to rip up my basement floor taking hours, upsells, price increases, false warranties, wasting my time, this company was a breath of fresh air. They gave me a price (which was good) over the phone of which they honored. They did not try to upsell me at all, but simply offered me a choice, I could use Epoxy or the foam. They explained why the foam was better, and since had a lifetime warranty on either, we just used the foam. The guy did the work right there on the spot, and was done a few hours later, leaving no mess. We just had a huge rain, and no leaks... dry basement. These guys are the ones to hire... no sales people to waste your time measuring and calculating... just the person who does the work giving you an honest assessment and then doing it. Nice to see some of those still exist!"

"Much better (though I wasn't feeling my best when Mr. Rob and an employee) returned Thursday 10/8/20 to repair and/or replace the damage done to my sprinkler system line during the process of digging during renovations of crawlspace area back on 9/14-15/20 This visit I was happy they returned quickly to take care of the matter by replacing and repairing the sprinkler system area and replacing that tubing from not sitting on top of lawn so much and I am happy to say "they did not remove sprinkler heads, they were not getting any pressure to pop-up because the underground water line had been cut according to Mr. Ron's previous visit and analyze" so once it was corrected, I wanted to make sure everything was back in working condition and tested the system both 3-4 water zones popped up with no problem and spraying water out as usual. This time they did a much better job in how the tubing was placed and system up in running I will attach photos to show I wasn't so much pleased the way i was to sign a contract and/or take down review, but I signed because they came and corrected the issue on one of their worker's behalf and that's a good way of business so as I promised them I would update the matter with an updated review of the situation. and thanks to leaving that review something was done because without nothing might not have been done again Thanks AngiesList for your service in servicing us."

"We live in a house with a full basement that was built in 1915.  The house has three full stories.  We had noticed a new plaster crack in the second story and wanted to be sure the foundation was stable.  The representative came, looked at the foundation and basement, and pointed out a few things we could do ourselves to keep the foundation area dryer.  He also told us that the plaster crack was caused by settling from the weight of the house on the support beams in the basement (not basement walls).  He explained what they could do to improve the support system in the basement and gave us a quote if we wanted to do the work, but was honest enough to tell us that the house was very stable in its present condition, which is what we really wanted to know."

Your crew was so kind and so professional and meticulous, that they knew that two particular windows were very important to my wife.  Your crew wanted to get them perfect and asked me some questions about them, that I could not answer. My wife was feeling better, but still in the hospital, and I called her on the phone, while your crew waited for me, as she and I discussed for several minutes the exact placement of the windows. Some minor changes had to be made and your crew could have easily just slapped the two windows in the new location, which was only slightly off of the original plan, and be done with it, but they stopped and pointed out where my wife originally wanted them and the new location difference and wanted to be sure that my wife understood the change, and wanted me to talk to my wife first. I was so very impressed that they made the adjustments on the spot that my wife suggested over the phone. I don’t think any other company would have gone through this much trouble to please their customers! <br /> You also were very respectful of our property, neighbors, and your crew were always very willing to stop and explain the process of what was going to happen next. Not one time did we ever feel like we were in your way. Actually, it was the opposite, we felt like you and your crew were very excited to show us your equipment and how it worked and actually wanted us around so we could see how it all worked and so we could see for ourselves how everything was perfect - and it was! <br /> We will always remember you and think of you so highly. Thank you for making the beginning our home building so easy and off to such a perfect start. There are so many things that can go wrong when redoing a home, and having it go off with such a perfect start gives us such great hope. You have certainly set bar very high for the other contractors that will be coming in for the other parts of the home! Your company and its crew should be very proud of its work. You do a job that is very difficult, complex and tedious, but you do it with care, expertise, and perfection. We actually miss you guys and wish you were around. You are like family to us.
