"It went fine. I can tell the company is busy because it was hard to get a hold of anyone for a couple days. I made an appointmentt and due to an appointment before mine running over, I had to reschedule because I had somewhere to be and couldn't wait. Anthony was willing to come that day but due to my schedule I couldn't wait around any longer. He showed great service recovery by coming out the next morning and offering a discount on the dryer cleaning as well. I wasn't at the house when he and his crew showed up, but my sister was. She said they seemed to know what they were doing, worked efficiently and were conscious not to let my cats out.
I have never gotten my vents cleaned before and didn't really know what to expect. I don't know what the sanitation included or what really went on in the vents. I do feel a better air flow/freshness but not sure that I would ever pay full price for this type of service. The discount offer was a great price though and I'm glad I had the service done.

"Jorge, Jorge Jr. and their crew are a VERY professional outfit. After taking several estimates from the top-rated Angie's listed contractors in my area, I decided to go with George's Painting based not only on price(his estimate was about the median of all) but based on the very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable Jorge. He came onsite to do the estimate, and made me feel very confident in his crew's ability to do the job.
He impressed me with his knowledge of the process of cleaning and staining fences and decks.  Every question I had for him, he patiently answered. His group also did some minor carpentry work--replacing damaged fence boards and 4x4 deck posts-- Both performed to perfection. Jorge also stood out by mentioning that he preferred to use premium products so the job would last.
His crew was onsite promptly when promised (8:30 meant 8:30, not sometime around 10) Each crew member was courteous and professional. They worked quickly and did an excellent job.
Any time I had to contact Jorge (as we were working on the final scope of work, etc..) he responded in a VERY timely manner.
The end product is the BEST looking back yard in my town-home area.
Thanks to all the guys at George's Painting Inc! We will be calling again when it's time to do more painting.

"We have had several heavy rains and our basement is still dry!  This company was informative and  patient, they did not try to pressure me into signing a contract.  We got an estimate from Thompsons and Value Dry, but Value Dry left without even giving us an actual estimate!  They (Value Dry) wanted to know what our budget was before they'd even give us a ballpark price!
Jeff from Thompsons gave us a very reasonable estimate right away and was patient with questions that we had in the following week, while we were deciding whether or not to have the work done.  When we did sign the contract, they were willing to work around our schedule and got the job done very quickly.  They were very nice and cleaned up very well afterwards.  We are so glad that we went with Thompsons and wish we had done it sooner!  Its such a relief to not have to worry about coming home to a wet basement every time it rains."

"Thomas & Thomas is by far the best painters I've seen. Joe is meticulous and careful doing every job and exceeded my expectations. They have painted high ceilings in my stair well, stripped peeling paint and repainted in my hall way, put drylock paint in my basement, patched up damaged walls on my pack porch and painted it. Joe's team is professional, his estimates are reasonable, and his work is Excellent! I've hired him back 2 or 3 times now on various other projects. He is my go to painter. "EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!  Called them cold on a Sunday night from my DC home to repair many shingle caps that had blown off the peak of our roof of our townhome in OC- I could see daylight from the attic and the insulation was wet.  They were on my roof Monday morning, in the rain, fixing it completely.  They took before and after photos on the roof so I could see exactly what they had done. They also replaced a cracked vent pipe boot.

"I found Garry and his team to be very professional and polite and I am pleased with the results.  (Overall, I would have given them an A- but the system wouldn't let me. )

Garry and his team did a complete bathroom renovation and for a small bathroom (5X7) there was a lot of work that needed to be completed.  Garry was good about offering suggestions on fixtures and tiles and was able to find the perfect floor tile in the size I wanted.  He was also willing to pick up items at Home Depot when having so much stuff delivered to my apartment was not a good option. He also maintained his own punch list and ensured that everything on his list and mine was completed.  During the project there was a leak into my downstairs neighbor?s apartment. Upon discovery, Garry contacted her immediately and handled the situation quickly and to her satisfaction as well.

The project took longer than the original timeline and there were some unanticipated repairs after the tile came down and status of the shower pipes was identified.  Garry was great about answering any questions I had when I was home while the project was going on, but it was sometimes more challenging to get updates on the status of the project over email or by phone.

 I am happy with my new bathroom and would use Creative Hands Home Services again."
