"I had Everdry redo my drainage system in and outside of our home, they fixed a problem with water coming inside my basement and our drainage sump would over flow and flood our basement. They fixed our problem and they were very professional and when they were done they left our home and the basement clean from all the work that was done. It’s been several years now and all is still working great. I pay $50 a year for an extended warranty which covers any problems or repairs to the work which was done. You are not obligated to purchase the extended warranty which covers any future repairs but it is well worth it! March of 2026 my sump pump went and Everdry sent a worker out and replaced my old sump pump with a new one and the $50 a year covered everything. The best part of the $50 a year extended warranty is that it covers everything including if the basement ever needs repair from water again. I am very happy with Everdry!!"

"Salesman here 6 hrs. Quoted over $30lk got down to $25,500. Of course it was a good for today sign now price I had more estimates lined up but after 6 hrs and him acting like he was my husbands new bf and beer buddy he signed. Scheduled walkthrough- that was cancelled. Started work and had ?issues? that walk through would have found. Blew circuit breaker in workshop of basement, we now need an electrician bc even w replacing the circuit breaker w a new breaker it still turns off. Quotedi time length/ what they would be able to do by salesman- all wrong. Workers say it will be twice as long and what sales man said they could go around they can not. Workers are extremely polite and nice. Will update review when they are finished w work. Today 7/30 will be day 3. "

"Extremely disappointed with the work Woodford Brothers did in my basement. They did waterproofing for me a couple of years ago, and when they dug and re-poured the concrete around the perimeter of my basement, they left the floor with a significant and uneven slope. I didn?t notice how bad it was right away because I?ve been slowly saving up and doing small projects over time to turn the space into a playroom. Once I finally started bringing in professionals to move forward, the issues became impossible to ignore. The slope is so severe that I can?t get flooring installers to lay carpet, and shelving can?t safely sit against the wall without leaning ? which is a serious safety hazard since this room is meant for my two-year-old. I?ve called the company multiple times and was told I?d receive call-backs, but no one follows up. No real solution has been offered, and they?ve shown no willingness to fix the problem. "

The workers were very professional and very respectful of my property and house. Shoutout to Hunter who answered all questions thoroughly and didn’t mind at all how many I had as he was working! They showed up on time and worked all day, barely taking breaks. And so far, and we’ve had a few rainy days, we have had no water in our basement. "The project went very smooth. Tim was the only one that brought up points that other contractors did not. 1. The window I already had was too close to an electric panel. Most contractors want to charge a lot extra to block it in to move new egress window over. Tim did not and said it would not be a big deal. 2. Had many good reasons why I should go with a slider for my particular situation. 3. Estimate received did not just had a price but listed the work to be done properly. Too many contractors skip the details. 4. One of the only contractors that would dig all the way to the footing. Most just dig a hole with a post hole digger for the drain and cut corners. The project had to be rescheduled a couple times but that all was smooth. Brandon, John and crew arrived on the start date and you could tell right away they had a smooth process for installing egress windows. No damage to the lawn because they lay boards down to protect it. Brandon addressed my concerns about the drain and after discussing with him I felt much more comfortable having a better understanding of it. Great communication. They were neat and tidy in the house. I had no idea what to expect having a hole cut in my foundation wall. However, it was suprisingly not that messy. All flashing details with the window were done properly. No complaints I would hire again. In a few years I will be calling about my garage floor."

Ron came and explained me clearly what's the issue was and offered much reasonable price for the repair than any other places. The day for the repair went smoothly. All the workers were professional and got their job done. This was done 2 years ago and I haven't see any water issues ever since. "Awful, first appt serviceman arrived with no ladder, even though I clearly described the job as venting from the 2nd floor and a ladder would be needed, rescheduled for next day, OK. Next day serviceman arrives does the job and leaves, we think everything is OK. A couple days later, my wife does a couple loads of laundry and the laundry room feels like a sauna, apparently a leak in the vent. Called, had to wait a week for an appt, service man came and taped the duct extensively. Next day the dryer is taking a long time to dry, Signal on the dryer indicated an air flow problem. Call again and had to wait another week for an appt. The next appt was yesterday 10/23 I missed the call from the serviceman, but when I called today was told that he was here at my house. I had 5 people at the house, myself , wife, son, grandson, and mother in law. Garage was open all day, and the front door was ajar. No one heard anything, knock or doorbell. Totally frustrated called again and all they said that he was there. I will call for service from another company, I want a full refund and will call the Better Business Bureau to complain about the level of service I received."
