"They came out twice the first time the grout did not come out good in spots. A person from the company called me and said they were not happy with the result and wanted to come out again. The person they sent out the second time did a great job and the tile grout came out much cleaner. He said to wait a few days to make sure we like it and then he would return to seal the tile. Their service blew me away. Total concern for my satisfaction from everyone in the business. Will definitely use again!!!"

"David and Henry did a fantastic job restoring the beauty of our carpets. Our staircase carpeting is 20 years old, but you'd never know it after Henry finished working on it. Even the edges of the treads, which usually show the most wear, look practically like new. The two men also restored the brilliant colors of our 2 Oriental rugs. Throughout the process they were very polite and professional. We've hired Martin Carpet Cleaning before, and we'll hire them again. Price is right!"

"They do a good job with carpet cleaning, but we also had some issues. I should have asked for a refund, but they did some grout cleaning and it didn't come out very good at all. Actually, they cleaned my screens and windows, and one other issue is I have casement windows and they were supposed to clean, vacuum out any debris from leaves or whatever in the casement but they didn't do it, or at least they didn't do it one hundred percent. I would probably use them again, but I'd probably have to complain a little bit more than I did. It would have been better if they would have came back and re-cleaned the windows."

"They are expensive. I was using them twice a year, then I had a light beige carpet and they were telling me they could not get it clean and a whole bunch of monkey stuff. I would never have them back. The last time they were here it was almost like dirty water going back in the carpet. I think all service companies could do a follow up phone call to see if we are satisfied. Prior to this the quality was good, that one experience just sours me. They did what they had to do in a half ass way. Then they told me my carpet was not good carpet. I ended up calling my carpet people and had them come look at it and they sent someone and it cleaned right up, it was a big joke. They are like Time Warner and give you a time window."

"We had our basement carpet cleaned before we moved into our house and for how bad it was it looked so much better. I feel comfortable putting my stuff down there now. They did a great job with the carpet that was there. We also had our air ducts cleaned and I could tell they did a throughout job. I could already smell the difference. And they fit us in on short notice so we could move in on Friday. They were also kind and respectful to us and our property. I would definitely use this business again and have recommended them already."

"The package includes 2 or 3 future cleans. They cleaned off a whole carpet this time, and we bought an additional 2 room cleaning. I thought they were very professional. They were punctual, they came in and did exactly what they said they would do, plus they did additional work. In our actual order, we did not ask for our couch and chairs to be done, and they were here and they did it, instead of us making another appointment. They were timely, and they suggested extra cleaning products because we have animals. It was an all around good experience."

"TLDR; Working with Brian was fantastic, would definitely recommend, would absolutely hire again. Synopsis: After several year of planning, we began a major renovation of our kitchen and first floor - just as COVID hit and we were sent to work from home. Work performed: Tearout of existing tile, carpet, and old wood flooring for the entire 1st floor of house. Installation of new hardwood flooring throughout 1st floor. New baseboard installation. Tearout of old kitchen cabinets. Installation of new cabinets. Minor woodworking trim repairs to various pre-existing issues. Outcome: Brian and his crew were onsite for approximately 4 weeks spread over a month and a half timeframe. Great to work with! We coordained various contractors for electrical, drywall, plumbing on this project, all while living and working from home due to COVID. Brian was extremely flexible with all the varying schedules, provided great recommendations when one our contractors fell through, handled delays due to a damaged cabinet (during delivery - not his fault) like a champ. Very respectful of noise/dirt/dust in the house. Made sure to tidy up a bit before leaving every day. Got along great with the kids, and kept us up to date on progress the whole way through. Finished work looks great!"
