"Had some other work done and discovered that we had raccoons living under our house. Called out affordable wildlife response, they promptly identified the potential entry point and setup traps. We spent a month trying to catch the critters, but came to the conclusion that had moved on. They also provide cleanup and repair of potential entry points. We did that work with them as well, in 2 hours they had crawled under my house, cleaned up the mess and sealed up the access hole. All is good again under our house. I do caution that they are a small group (only 3 people I believe) so responses are not always as fast as it is with a big company, but they were out to my house almost every day checking traps and tracking the animals. Cleanup was scheduled for an estimate in a couple days and we did the actual work a week later. So be patient and you will be very happy with the service and price."

When the ants came back, they promptly did follow up treatment as per their warranty promise. Although they could have just treated for beetles, Mike pulled in Randy (owner) and they instead proposed installing a crawlspace ventilation system to address the root cause (crawlspace humidity) that triggered the beetles to emerge, and was likely causing other problems such as mold/mildew and stale air rising into our living space. I didn't expect this kind of thinking and solution from a pest control company, but it made sense and our prior experience on ant control was so good that I trusted them to go ahead with it. The results were spectacular - in addition to dealing with the beetles, my wife's mold/mildew allergy symptoms vanished quickly. Mike's workmanship installing our ventilation system was great - he refuses to do anything sub-par. I really trust these folks to do it right the first time. They delivered well beyond our expectations. I was really impressed by their knowledge, breadth, and ability to think things through.
