"Last October I noticed some cracks in my walls and doors that weren't closing right, I contacted with Regency to take a look, I thought it was going to be a small fix, maybe just some cosmetic work. Turns out the concrete foundation on the back corner of my house had sunk pretty significantly, like a couple inches at least. The team had to lift and level everything, they'd need to use piers to stabilize the foundation and then hydraulically lift it back to where it should be. It was more involved than I expected, but they walked me through the whole process so I understood what was happening. The work took about a week and they were careful not to damage anything inside the house. Once they finished, all those cracks stopped spreading and my doors close perfectly now. You can really tell the difference."

"Artificial turf looks good. Some of the plants have died. It's only been five months since the job was completed. All the other items are of fair to poor quality. Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."
