"Pablo is the best contractor I have ever hired in my life (age 67). He gave reasonable estimates in a extremely professional way. His subcontractors to do the tiling and excavation did perfect work done expeditiously. They were no nonsense but very friendly and were frankly, a joy to have around the house. My bathroom belongs in a design magazine. In the lifetime I have left, I will hire Pablo and Simplicity Construction for any construction job for everything this house needs. He is also a terrific guy. On time, within budget, beautiful work, friendly and dependable work. What else is left?"

"It was great. They were very professional. They painted 5 rooms and I never had problems."

"Chris and his crew were GREAT!!!! He came recommended from a coworker and I was grateful for the recommendation for remodeling our shower in our basement. Chris was very thorough in listening to exactly what my wife and I wanted for our shower, he communicated extremely well throughout the job process, and he even met us at the tile supply location to discuss our tile selection and give his recommendations and to make sure we were making the right decisions. I am an EXTREMELY particular person when it comes to doing house projects and I am one that does most of my own work on those projects. Chris was able to make me feel at ease with doing the job because of his level of knowledge, attention to detail, and communication. He and his crew were cautious of our living space where they were working and were very thorough in cleaning the work area each day before they left. The tile job for our shower exceeded my expectations, and I was thankful that Chris communicated any adjustments that needed to be made along the way. When we get ready to redo our master bathroom shower, I will be calling Chris again! Thank you Chris!"

"I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and everything was fine. All we did was get a room design and she did not come to our home. My husband went online and dealt with her that way. She sent us a plan for room design and suggested the colors, materials and stuff like that. She did it on her own and we only dealt with them one time."
