"The cleaners were courteous and friendly. They were prompt and did a thorough job with cleaning the designated areas. However, they only used a narrow protective runner (with leaves stuck on it) over our large entryway area rug which was not being cleaned, and the hose didn’t always stay on the runner. The cleaners acknowledged having a leak in their hose as they wiped up small puddles of water. They noted that puddles were left at the home they just came from, so they were aware of the problem. Thankfully the puddles were on the area that is luxury vinyl flooring (looks like wood) and could easily be wiped up, but left smear marks. A small amount of dirt was also tracked in, which the cleaner graciously wiped up when requested. Must have been on the hose since the cleaners wore shoe covers? The carpets are cleaned, but now the large vinyl area is dirtier. Expected better from ZeroRez which we have used twice before in our previous much larger house with stairs. Our current home is one level and smaller area, but cost the same."

"Jeff and Cody did great. They painted whole interior of house, walls, trim, ceiling. Did some sheetrock, trim, painted kitchen cabinets, replaced hardware on kitchen cabinets, replaced exterior facia boards and painted outside trim and windows. replaced a brick in the sun room, reglazed the bathroom tubs. Both are great guys."

Chris was able to make me feel at ease with doing the job because of his level of knowledge, attention to detail, and communication. He and his crew were cautious of our living space where they were working and were very thorough in cleaning the work area each day before they left. The tile job for our shower exceeded my expectations, and I was thankful that Chris communicated any adjustments that needed to be made along the way.
