I never felt pressured to do anything a specific way like a lot of other companies do with their salespeople. Instead they helped me understand my options. After hiring them, they showed up when they said they would and worked very hard until the job was done. I have a large attic and the two of them worked tirelessly. They also added a catwalk to get to my air handler and cleaned out old insulation. They did a great job and we could immediately feel the difference in the house. Overall, it was a great experience. Definitely hire them."

I texted Dean two pictures of the pump, he was able to give me a quote over text and the price was quite reasonable. He received a new pump on 5/22/2023 and came over to my house. After opening up the old pump and checking, he told me that the only thing that is really broken is the check valve, the switch got stuck but is still functioning, and the pump itself works fine. I ended up asking him to only replace the check valve and the switch and this saved me about $1000 from the original plan. I appreciate Dean's honesty, professionalism, and a job well done."
